- Site Conditions: You are responsible for informing us of any site-specific conditions (e.g., soil quality, structural limitations for rooftop gardens). We are not liable for delays or additional costs due to undisclosed conditions.
- No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as plant growth or aesthetic preferences, due to natural variables.
6. Cancellations and Termination
- Client Cancellation: You may cancel a service by providing written notice. Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in the service agreement.
- Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or hinder our ability to perform the work (e.g., by denying site access).
